Position : UiPath Automation Technical Lead

Experience: 4+ Years
Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced UiPath Automation Technical Lead to lead the design, development, administration, and enhancement of enterprise RPA solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in UiPath platform administration, automation architecture, infrastructure management, and migration projects. The candidate should be capable of evaluating existing automation solutions, implementing changes with minimal business impact, and driving automation best practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust UiPath automation solutions.
• Configure, administer, and support UiPath Orchestrator, Attended Robots, and Unattended Robots.
• Manage and troubleshoot Elastic Search and SQL Server environments supporting UiPath infrastructure.
• Review existing bot workflows and identify opportunities for optimization, scalability, and maintainability.
• Implement enhancements and process changes without disrupting existing business operations.
• Lead technical design reviews and enforce UiPath development best practices, coding standards, exception handling, and logging frameworks.
• Understand and translate business requirements into automation solutions, including application metadata updates, user management, and process administration activities.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to RPA developers.
• Support production deployments, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and platform governance.
• Leverage UiPath Autopilot capabilities to accelerate development, improve code quality, and optimize automation delivery.

Mandatory Technical Skills

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in UiPath development and support.
• Strong expertise in UiPath Orchestrator configuration and administration.
• Experience with Elastic Search configuration and monitoring.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.
• Thorough understanding of Attended and Unattended Robot architecture and management.
• Expertise in REFramework, reusable component development, exception handling, logging, and automation best practices.
• Strong experience in automation solution design, architecture review, and process optimization.
• Hands-on experience in UiPath platform migration from On-Premises to Hybrid/Cloud environments.
• Experience with UiPath Autopilot and AI-powered automation capabilities.
• Knowledge of application integrations, user provisioning, and enterprise application administration.
• Experience with source control tools such as Git or Azure DevOps.

Preferred Qualifications

• UiPath Advanced RPA Developer Certification.
• Experience with UiPath Automation Cloud, AI Center, APIs, and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP).
• Exposure to Azure/AWS environments and enterprise-scale automation platforms.
