Job summary

Innovion is seeking a product designer to shape user flows, wireframes and high-fidelity interfaces for web and mobile products. You will build interactive prototypes for validation and collaborate with developers during implementation to ensure quality and consistency.

The role requires strong visual craft, advanced Figma skills, and the ability to balance user needs with practical delivery constraints. You will contribute from discovery to hand-off, contributing to a growing design system.
