About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Designer who can design end-to-end user experiences and all types of mobile app screens, from onboarding to matching, chat, safety features, and premium subscriptions.

This is a full-time, on-site role requiring close collaboration with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design complete UI/UX for iOS and Android mobile applications
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Design all types of screens, including:
• Onboarding & Sign-up/Login
• User Profiles & Profile Editing
• Discovery & Matching Screens
• Search, Filters & Preferences
• Chat & Messaging
• Notifications
• Safety, Privacy & Reporting Features
• Subscription & Payment Screens
• Settings & Account Management
• Error, Empty & Loading States
• Conduct usability testing and refine designs based on feedback
• Ensure accessibility, inclusivity, and privacy‑focused design
• Maintain consistency through a design system and reusable components
• Work closely with developers for accurate implementation
• Optimize UX for engagement, retention, and performance

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to design complex user flows and multiple screen types
