Join to apply for the UI/UX Developer/Designer role at Uplers. This position is a remote, full‑time, permanent role focusing on UI/UX design for a revolutionary fintech company.

Salary: INR 22,00,000-30,00,000 / year (based on experience)

Shift: GMT+05:30 (Asia/Kolkata, IST)

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate user requirements with Product, Development, and Implementation teams.
• Define and embed UI/UX processes into the SDLC.
• Develop wireframes, storyboards, process flows, and prototypes to communicate design concepts.
• Design and modernise user interface elements (menus, widgets, navigation, search, etc.).
• Create mock‑ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate functionality and style.
• Present design concepts and iterations to stakeholders, incorporating feedback into design cycles.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX issues related to responsiveness, accessibility, and usability.
• Conduct user feedback sessions and translate insights into design improvements.
• Support the long‑term migration from WPF to web‑based platforms.

About You – Ideal Profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 5–10 years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in enterprise SaaS, fintech, or complex product environments.
• Hands‑on experience with web frameworks (React and Blazor).
• Bonus: Previous experience in C# WPF applications.
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, or equivalent.
• Strong ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across functions.
• Entrepreneurial, curious, and delivery‑focused with excellent time management.
• BSc in Design, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

What Success Looks Like (KPIs & Metrics)

• Successful delivery of UI/UX revamp within one year in collaboration with the UI/UX team.
• Positive feedback from internal users and clients on usability improvements (tracked via surveys/NPS).
• Integration of UI/UX design practices into product lifecycle and sprint planning.
• Delivery of prototypes and design systems for the upcoming web‑based platform.
