Role Summary

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer & UI Developer who can design user-friendly interfaces and implement the designs directly in Web and Mobile applications. The candidate should have a good eye for design as well as hands-on experience in UI styling.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand requirements and create wireframes, mockups and UI designs.
• Design modern and user-friendly Web and Mobile application screens.
• Work directly on application pages to implement and improve the user experience.
• Convert Figma designs into actual application screens.
• Ensure responsive design across Desktop, Tablet and Mobile.
• Create and maintain consistent UI guidelines and reusable components.
• Improve existing application screens from both usability and visual design perspectives.
• Work closely with React and React Native developers during implementation.
• Ensure UI consistency across different modules and applications.

Required Skills

• Figma or similar UI/UX design tools.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3.
• Good understanding of JavaScript.
• Experience with responsive Web design.
• Good knowledge of Flexbox, CSS Grid and media queries.
• Experience in styling React-based Web applications.
• Understanding of React Native styling for Mobile applications.
• Good understanding of fonts, colors, layouts, spacing and UI/UX standards.
• Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS or similar frameworks will be an advantage.
