Required Skills and Responsibilities

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or related field. 4 to 6 years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 1–2 years working on MES platforms.

Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.

Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

Familiarity with manufacturing processes and industrial automation is highly desirable.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, operations) to gather and analyze user requirements specific to manufacturing environments.

Design and prototype user interfaces for TrakSYS dashboards, reports, and modules.

Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Document design standards and contribute to the development of a scalable design system. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
