Job summary

Madtown Group in India is seeking a creative UI/UX Designer who can turn business ideas into intuitive websites, collaborating with marketing, strategy, and development teams from concept to launch.

You will design interfaces for websites and digital products, create user flows and wireframes, publish sites on Framer or Webflow, conduct basic user research, maintain design systems, and hand over builds to developers with clear specifications.

Qualifications

• Strong grasp of UI/UX principles, wireframing, prototyping, and responsive design.
• Proficiency in Figma (or similar design tool) and typography/visual design.
• Hands-on experience building sites on Framer or Webflow.

Skill Required:

Must Have:

• Strong grasp of UI/UX principles, wireframing, prototyping, and responsive design

• Strong eye for typography, colour, layout, and hierarchy
• Hands-on experience building sites on Framer or Webflow
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

Good to Have:

• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator
• Basic HTML/CSS and SEO
• Comfort using AI tools to speed up work
