Job summary

AOW is seeking a UI/UX Designer in India to create user-centered, visually compelling designs for international clients and startups. You will collaborate with a dynamic team, communicate directly with clients, and contribute to design systems and mobile/web solutions.

The role requires 1.5+ years in UI/UX, proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and a B2 level English. We offer flexible hours, equipment, tax support, training reimbursement, and a supportive open-minded team.

Qualifications

• 1.5+ years of UI/UX design experience in an outsourcing company.
• Excellent proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• English at B2 level.
• Experience creating design systems from scratch.
• Experience working with CRM systems, SaaS, web and mobile applications.
• Portfolio with work examples: Behance.
• Completed additional courses in animations, web applications, and product design.

Responsibilities

• Creating high-quality designs for various services.
