Job summary

Isha Foundation, Inc. seeks a skilled UX/UI Designer to craft user stories, personas, sitemaps and wireframes, and to prototype desktop, tablet, and mobile experiences.

You will collaborate with product management and engineering, drive usability testing, and deliver end-to-end visual design from concept to hand-off. Applicants should hold a Master Degree (or relevant BA/BS with experience) and have a strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI excellence, prototyping with Axure, and a user-centered

Qualifications

• Master degree is required.

• Proficiency in Axure or comparable rapid prototyping.
• Excellent visual design with user-centered focus.
• Creative problem solving and up-to-date with UI trends.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of industry experience in interactive design (web and mobile).
• BA/BS in HCI, Human Factors, Industrial Design, or related field or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Portfolio showing step-by-step design solutions.
• Resourceful self-starter capable of creating workflows.

Create user stories, personas , and storyboards

Determine information architecture and create sitemaps

Create prototypes and wireframes

Conduct usability testing

Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience

Execute all visual design stages from high level information architecture (from flowcharts to wireframes) through concept to final hand-off to engineering of all detailed design for desktop, tablet and mobile

Create wireframes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas

Create prototypes in Axure and/or comparable interaction applications
