Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in UI/UX Design or related field.
• 2-4 years of hands-on experience designing digital products for web and mobile.
• Expert proficiency in Figma including Auto Layout.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand goals and requirements.
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and UX audits.
• Define user flows, information architecture, and customer journeys.
• Design visuals for web and mobile interfaces.
• Create interactive prototypes and high-fidelity mockups in Figma.
• Develop responsive designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Build and maintain design systems and UI guidelines.
• Present concepts and justify design decisions to clients and project teams.
• Collaborate with developers during implementation.
• Incorporate feedback to improve designs.
• Stay updated with UI/UX trends and accessibility standards.
