Helveticans in Bengaluru is seeking a UI/UX Designer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience focused on websites. You will design corporate websites, marketing sites, and web platforms from discovery and IA through to production-ready interfaces, collaborating with developers, writers, strategists, and founders.

You will contribute to design systems, responsive layouts, and accessibility, maintaining a portfolio with at least two live sites you’ve designed and launched.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on UI/UX experience with a focus on website design.
• Minimum of 2 live websites in portfolio, designed and launched.
• Advanced Figma and a solid grasp of responsive design and accessibility.

Responsabilités

• Design websites end to end, from information architecture and user flows to wireframes and final UI.
• Build and maintain design systems, components, and responsive layouts across breakpoints.

About the Role

We're looking for a UI/UX Designer with 3–5 years of experience, focused specifically on websites.You'll design corporate websites, marketing sites, and web platforms end to end, from earlydiscovery and information architecture through to production-ready interfaces, working closelywith developers, content writers, strategists, and founders.

Most of our tribe are specialists in one craft, but nearly everyone here wears multiple hats.You'll be part of messy whiteboards, healthy debates, and work that moves fast.

• Your portfolio matters more than your resume. We go straight into your work and expect you towalk us through the thinking behind it.
• Websites, specifically. At least 2 live website projects you have personally worked on,designed and launched.
• Depth over polish. Problem framing and design thinking matter more than a pretty grid.
