Position Summary

Role: UI/UX Design Intern (Internship – Part‑time / Full‑time, Remote / Hybrid – Bengaluru preferred)

What You'll Do

As a UI/UX Design Intern, you will work on improving user experiences across ATRISI's programs, platforms, and digital products.

• Designing user flows, wireframes, and high‑fidelity mockups
• Creating interactive prototypes using Figma
• Improving application, onboarding, and engagement journeys
• Designing responsive web experiences
• Conducting usability reviews and identifying friction points
• Collaborating with developers to translate designs into production‑ready interfaces
• Contributing to design systems and reusable UI components
• Incorporating user feedback into design improvements
• Presenting and explaining design decisions to the team

Must‑Have Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field
• Familiarity with Figma or similar design tools
• Understanding of UI/UX design principles
• Ability to create wireframes and prototypes
• Strong visual design and layout skills
• Good communication and collaboration abilities
• Portfolio showcasing academic, personal, freelance, or internship projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing web applications, dashboards, or digital products
• Understanding of responsive and accessible design practices
• Familiarity with design systems and component‑based design
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Experience conducting usability testing or user research
• Interest in AI, education, technology, or innovation ecosystems
