Job summary

Iris Software in Noida is seeking a senior Front-end Engineer to design and build scalable enterprise React applications and own end-to-end delivery from design to deployment.

You will define API contracts, drive reusable component architecture, and lead Redux with TanStack Query strategies while maintaining performance through rigorous code reviews and Jest testing; 5–8 years of frontend experience with HTML/CSS and modern tooling is required.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of frontend development experience.
• Strong knowledge of React, Redux, and modern frontend tooling.
• Experience with TanStack Query (React Query) and Jest.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable React enterprise applications aligned with business and engineering goals.
• Define API contracts, service boundaries, and integration strategies for distributed systems.
• Define reusable React component architecture and scalable frontend integration strategies.
• Drive implementation of reusable React Hooks and scalable component-driven patterns.
• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned modules including design, development, testing support, and deployment readiness.
• Conduct code reviews ensuring adherence to coding standards and security guidelines.
• Lead Redux state management implementation across enterprise frontend applications.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines, logging, monitoring, and deployment automation.
• Troubleshoot production issues and performance bottlenecks with root-cause analysis.
• Implement TanStack Query strategies for optimized data handling and caching.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable React enterprise applications aligned with business and engineering goals.
• Define API contracts, service boundaries, and integration strategies for distributed and enterprise-grade systems.
• Define reusable React component architecture and scalable frontend integration strategies.
• Drive implementation of reusable React Hooks and scalable component-driven architecture patterns.
• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned modules including design, development, testing support, and deployment readiness.
• Conduct code reviews ensuring adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and engineering best practices.
• Lead Redux state management implementation across enterprise frontend applications.
