Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled UI Developer with strong frontend and full-stack development experience to design, develop, and deliver UI enhancements and user experience improvements for enterprise applications. The role involves ensuring high usability, accessibility, performance, and application stability while collaborating closely with business, UI/UX, backend, architecture, and platform teams. The ideal candidate should have strong frontend expertise along with backend development capabilities and the ability to quickly understand existing applications, leverage project knowledge, and deliver new requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver UI enhancements and user experience improvements for enterprise applications.
• Develop responsive, accessible, scalable, and high-performance frontend applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, UI/UX designers, backend developers, architects, and platform teams. Translate business requirements and UI/UX designs into effective technical solutions.
• Contribute to full-stack application development and support backend components where required.
• Analyze existing application architecture and leverage historical project knowledge for faster delivery.
• Quickly assess, onboard, and implement new requirements within existing application frameworks.
• Troubleshoot UI and application issues and ensure timely resolution of defects.

Role Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in UI/Frontend or Full-Stack development.
• Strong hands-on experience in frontend application development.
• Proficiency in modern frontend technologies such as JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Angular, or similar frameworks.
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, accessibility, and web performance.
• Experience developing enterprise-scale applications and reusable UI components.
• Good understanding of REST APIs and backend integration.
• Hands-on experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Java, Python, or similar technologies is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Git and modern software development practices.
• Experience with application troubleshooting, debugging, testing, and production support.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with React/Angular and TypeScript.
