Job summary

Alostom in Bengaluru is seeking a full-time UI Developer to translate UI/UX designs into scalable front-end code using Angular and React. You will build reusable components, optimize performance, and ensure accessibility across devices, collaborating with product managers, designers, and backend teams.

The role focuses on delivering high-quality, scalable web applications and requires proficiency in HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frameworks.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience or understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with Angular (v10+) and React.js frameworks.
• Knowledge of responsive web design and single-page applications (SPAs).
• Familiarity with state management tools like Redux, Context API, or RxJS.
• A basic understanding of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Job Summary

Could you be the full-time UI Developer in Bangalore we're looking for?

You’ll help shape the future of Alostom's digital transformation by building intuitive, scalable, and high-performing web applications. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (e.g., product managers, UX designers, backend developers), develop reusable components, and ensure the seamless integration of front-end applications with backend services, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of translating UI/UX designs into scalable code, but also optimizing applications for performance, scalability, and accessibility.
