Job summary

Cybazon Technologies in Mumbai is seeking a Trend Micro L2 Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to monitor and maintain client security environments, troubleshoot endpoint/workload security issues, and respond to alerts.

You will coordinate containment, ensure SLA compliance, and document change-control processes while leveraging Apex One/Apex Central, Cloud One Workload Security, and Vision One/XDR. Strong communication and ability to work under pressure are required.

Qualifications

• Proficient in managing Trend Micro security solutions across endpoints and servers.
• Experience with security incident response and threat hunting.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Experience with change-control processes.
