Our partner is looking for a Treasury Technology Support Senior Consultant - SAP Treasury based in India.

This is an opportunity to take a leading role in supporting global clients across treasury technology and financial operations. You will provide expert functional support for complex issues involving SAP Treasury, treasury processes, systems, and integrations. The role combines deep treasury expertise with client-facing problem solving in an international consulting environment. You will work closely with clients to diagnose issues, develop practical solutions, and ensure timely resolution. Your knowledge of treasury management systems, banking connectivity, and related technologies will be central to delivering high-quality outcomes. You will also contribute to the continued development of a growing Treasury Technology Support function. The position offers significant autonomy, responsibility, and opportunities to build expertise across treasury, risk, and finance.

Accountabilities

• Provide expert functional support to global clients using SAP Treasury, resolving complex issues accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Act as a senior point of contact for treasury technology support matters, taking ownership of challenging client queries from investigation through resolution.
• Apply strong knowledge of treasury processes, systems, and day-to-day treasury operations to diagnose problems and develop practical, sustainable solutions.
• Support and advise clients on SAP Treasury functionality and implementations, including integrations with other systems, modules, and third‑party platforms.
• Investigate issues involving Treasury Management Systems, In‑House Banking, Payment Factories, bank connectivity, and related treasury technologies.
• Work with internal and specialist teams to elevate unresolved or highly technical issues and ensure appropriate remedies are identified and delivered.
• Communicate clearly with clients throughout the resolution process, ensuring issues are handled concisely, professionally, and within tight deadlines.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of treasury technology support processes, knowledge, and best practices.
• Take ownership of client relationships and contribute to broader consulting projects and initiatives as opportunities arise.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a treasury analyst, functional support, treasury technology, or treasury implementation role.
• Bachelor's degree and/or relevant experience in treasury operations, financial technology, consulting, or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of treasury and Treasury Management Systems, including In‑House Banking, Payment Factories, and bank connectivity.
• Mandatory hands‑on knowledge and implementation experience with SAP Treasury.
• Experience with other Treasury Management Systems such as Kyriba or IT2 is an advantage.
• Good understanding of banking connectivity and financial messaging technologies, including APIs, SWIFTNet, FTP/sFTP, EBICS, and MQ Series.
• Strong understanding of day-to-day treasury operations and processes, with the ability to translate business requirements into practical technology solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to investigate and resolve complex problems while maintaining a strong client focus.
• Excellent analytical, listening, and problem‑solving skills, combined with a pragmatic approach to finding effective solutions.
• Ability to respond quickly, manage competing priorities, and work effectively against tight deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills, with confidence working directly with international clients.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, international consulting environment and taking ownership of client relationships, projects, and emerging challenges.
