Job summary

Vetic is seeking a detail-oriented treasury operations professional in Gurugram to manage day-to-day banking, fund transfers, and cash movement across company accounts. You will coordinate with banks, monitor balances, and ensure timely payments.

Responsibilities include bank reconciliations, payment processing, vendor invoicing, cash flow planning, and producing daily cash position reports. You will support compliance, documentation, and cross-functional finance teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in treasury and banking operations.
• Experience with accounting software, ERP systems and banking portals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day banking activities, fund transfers, bank transactions, and cash movement across company accounts.
• Monitor daily bank balances, track fund availability, and support cash flow planning.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and ensure accurate recording of banking transactions.
• Execute vendor payments, inter-account transfers, and other business payments with accuracy and timely processing.
• Coordinate with banks regarding transaction queries, payment failures, and account-related issues.
• Verify vendor invoices, payment requests, and supporting documents before processing payments.
• Maintain payment schedules, track outstanding payables, and ensure timely settlement of vendor dues.
• Prepare daily cash position reports, bank balance summaries, payment trackers, and other treasury MIS reports.
• Maintain banking records, payment proofs, and supporting documents for audits and internal controls.
• Work closely with Finance and other internal teams to ensure smooth fund movement and timely resolution of payment-related issues.

• Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and ensure accurate recording of banking transactions.
• Payment Processing: Execute vendor payments, inter-account transfers, and other business payments while ensuring accuracy, timely processing, and adherence to approval workflows.
• Banking Coordination: Coordinate with banks regarding transaction queries, payment failures, account-related issues, and other operational requirements.
• Accounts Payable: Verify vendor invoices, payment requests, and supporting documents before processing payments.
• Payment Tracking: Maintain payment schedules, track outstanding payables, and ensure timely settlement of vendor dues.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare daily cash position reports, bank balance summaries, payment trackers, and other treasury-related MIS reports.

Requirements

Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Treasury Operations, Banking Operations, or a related Finance role.
• Hands-on experience in bank transactions, fund transfers, payment processing, and bank reconciliation.
• Basic understanding of cash flow management and banking processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience with accounting software, ERP systems, and banking portals will be preferred.
