Role Summary

The CREW Onsite Captain delivers seamless, end-to-end guest support at the destination. The role focuses on guest assistance, on-ground coordination, and ensuring a smooth, personalized travel experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests and support them through check-in, arrival formalities, and itinerary clarifications.
  • Provide quick, accurate assistance for guest queries and special requests.
  • Offer local recommendations for dining, activities, transport, and experiences.
  • Coordinate with hotels, drivers, and activity partners to ensure timely execution of plans.
  • Manage last-minute changes or on-ground issues with speed, ownership, and professionalism.
  • Maintain service quality and ensure every guest feels supported throughout their stay.
Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, travel operations, or customer service (on-ground experience preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
