• Handle calls, WhatsApp, emails & walk‑in inquiries
• Sell tour packages, air tickets & visa services
• Assist with UAE, Schengen & tourist visas
• Prepare quotations & follow up on leads
• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
• Coordinate bookings & travel documentation
• Maintain customer records & payment follow‑ups
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Provide pre & post travel customer support

Preferred candidate profile

• 13 years experience as a Travel / Sales Consultant
• Knowledge of tour packages, air ticketing & visa services.
• Experience in UAE / international travel preferred
• Good communication & customer handling skills
• Sales‑driven with ability to meet targets
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, email, MS Office)
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently
