Job summary

Inizio Ignite is seeking an experienced life sciences consultant to join its global advisory team in health and life sciences. The role focuses on delivering high-impact solutions, leading projects, and providing data-driven, strategic recommendations to inform client decisions.

You will collaborate across teams to support growth, act as a brand ambassador, and engage stakeholders with effective communication. A strong background in life sciences consulting and leadership is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, or related field with 5+ years in life science consulting; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven track record of managing collaborative teams or projects in dynamic environments.
• Strong relationship management principles with focus on fostering genuine connections in life sciences ecosystem.
• Experience applying project management methodologies to oversee workstreams and complex initiatives.
• Familiarity with Vynamic’s sectors, services, and value proposition (preferred).
• Strong presentation skills to communicate with scientific and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-impact solutions aligned with client objectives, using life science consulting principles.
• Lead project plans or workstreams, resolve issues, and escalate concerns to ensure project success.
• Systematically gather, analyze, and interpret scientific and business information for data-driven recommendations.
• Contribute to Vynamic’s growth by sharing life science consulting insights and knowledge base content.
• Act as a brand ambassador, upholding company values internally and externally.
• Build authentic relationships with stakeholders through partnership and effective communication.
• Support team development by mentoring colleagues and integrating life science practices.
• Collaborate with Navigators, Go-Tos, Account Managers, and Counselors on development journeys.
• Seek feedback and develop actionable personal growth plans for continuous improvement.

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver High-Impact Solutions: Create and deliver high-quality project outcomes that align with client objectives, incorporating life science consulting principles to promote business excellence and scientific advancement.
• Project & Risk Management: Lead project plans or workstreams, proactively resolving issues, mitigating risks, and escalating concerns when necessary to ensure project success.
• Strategic Analysis & Recommendations: Systematically gather, analyze, and interpret scientific and business information, using a life science consulting lens to make confident, data-driven recommendations with urgency.
• Contribute to Vynamic’s Growth: Dedicate time to enhancing Vynamic’s competencies by sharing life science consulting insights and contributing to the firm’s knowledge base and brand.
• Brand Representation: Act as a Vynamic brand ambassador, demonstrating a strong commitment to company values both internally and externally.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Build authentic, trust-based relationships with stakeholders through partnership, effective communication, and delivering outcomes that exceed expectations.
• Team Development: Support team growth by identifying learning opportunities, mentoring colleagues, and integrating life science consulting practices into daily operations to achieve collective goals.
• Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with Navigators, Go-Tos, Account Managers, and self-selected Counselors to support personal and professional development journeys within Vynamic.
• Continuous Feedback & Growth: Proactively seek feedback, develop actionable personal growth plans, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
• Inclusive Leadership: Recognize and celebrate diverse perspectives, experiences, and cultures, ensuring all voices are heard and valued in decision-making processes.

What you’ll need
