Job summary

Solenis GSS India Pvt Ltd in Hyderabad seeks a seasoned transformation professional to drive GBS initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional workstreams, map and optimize processes, and enable automation across finance, HR, procurement and IT.

Strong candidates bring 5–8 years in GBS/Transformation, with expertise in Power BI, Celonis and continuous improvement. MBA is a plus; role offers growth in a global, matrix environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Operations, Information Systems or related field.
• MBA preferred but not required.
• 5–8 years of experience in GBS, Shared Services, Process Excellence, PMO or Transformation roles.
• Experience with digital transformation, automation, or productivity programs.

Responsibilities

• Support GBS transformation initiatives and coordinate plans, timelines and deliverables.
• Identify process improvements across Finance, HR, Procurement, Operations and IT.
• Enable automation and productivity initiatives; track benefits and adoption metrics.

Responsibilities

1. Support the execution of GBS transformation initiatives and workstreams. Coordinate project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables across functions. Monitor project progress and elevate risks, issues, and dependencies. Prepare status reports, dashboards, and leadership updates.
2. Identify process improvement opportunities across Finance, HR, Procurement, Customer Service, IT, and other GBS functions. Facilitate Lean and Continuous Improvement workshops. Conduct process mapping, root cause analysis, and waste elimination exercises. Support standardization and best-practice deployment across locations.
3. Enable partner with business teams to identify automation and productivity opportunities. Support implementation of workflow, RPA, AI, analytics, and self-service initiatives. Track automation benefits and adoption metrics. Maintain transformation opportunity pipelines and benefit trackers.
4. Support communication and change management activities. Develop training materials, user guides, and adoption plans. Coordinate stakeholder engagement workshops and feedback sessions. Monitor adoption, compliance, and sustainability of implemented solutions.
5. Maintain transformation governance routines and action trackers. Support preparation of Steering Committee and leadership review materials. Track project KPIs, SLAs, milestones, and benefits realization. Ensure compliance with project management standards and methodologies.
6. Develop productivity dashboards and performance reporting. Analyze operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Support business case development and ROI calculations. Measure realized savings, productivity gains, and service improvement outcomes.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Education Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Operations, Information Systems, or related field. MBA preferred but not required. Experience 5–8 years of experience in GBS, Shared Services, Process Excellence, PMO, Operations Excellence, Consulting, or Transformation roles. Experience supporting business process improvement initiatives. Exposure to digital transformation, automation, or productivity programs. Experience working in matrix and global environments preferred.
