Job Description: Transfer Pricing Specialist

Location - New Delhi

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor transfer pricing policies and strategies.
• Conduct functional, economic, and comparability analyses.
• Prepare transfer pricing documentation and reports (Local File, Master File, Country-by-Country Reporting).
• Ensure compliance with OECD guidelines and local tax laws.
• Support tax audits and respond to transfer pricing-related inquiries from tax authorities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Tax, Legal, and Business Units.
• Perform benchmarking studies using global databases (e.g., TP Catalyst, Orbis).
• Evaluate and document intercompany transactions (tangible goods, intangibles, services, financing).
• Provide guidance on pricing of intercompany agreements and advance pricing agreements (APAs).
• Monitor and analyze changes in global transfer pricing regulations and assess their impact.
