Responsibilities

• Transcribe audio and video recordings into clear, accurate, and well‑structured text.
• Edit and proofread transcripts for grammar, punctuation, clarity, and contextual accuracy.
• Label speakers accurately and apply timestamps where required.
• Review and improve automated transcripts to ensure high‑quality outputs.
• Follow strict transcription, formatting, and quality guidelines.
• Maintain confidentiality and securely handle sensitive or proprietary information.
• Collaborate asynchronously with QA teams to continuously improve transcription quality and accuracy.
