Job summary

Crowe Capability Center – India is seeking a motivated Manager to join our Transaction Services team, focusing on financial due diligence. The role offers the opportunity to build and lead an offshore team and collaborate with US-based transaction services colleagues on a high volume of healthcare-focused deals.

You will analyze financial performance, prepare meeting agendas, client deliverables, and provide insights that drive informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in Transaction Services, Financial Due Diligence, or related deal advisory services at a professional services firm.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (PowerQuery, PowerPivot, data modeling, and visualization).
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to work in a team-oriented, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Support buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements.
• Perform detailed analysis of financial statements, quality of earnings, working capital, and cash flow.
• Develop and manage complex financial analyses using advanced Excel skills (PowerQuery, PowerPivot, and other data tools).
• Prepare management meeting agendas and coordinate follow-ups.
• Review and synthesize information from data room materials to identify key issues and risks.
• Prepare client-ready databooks and reports summarizing key findings.
• Collaborate with US-based teams to deliver timely, high-quality work products.
• Contribute to project management, including coordinating with clients and managing deliverables.

• Healthcare transaction services experience is a plus, though not required.
