You will prepare learners for AWS certifications, create training content, assess progress, and coordinate with academic teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with AWS or cloud-based environments.
• At least 1 year of experience in technical training or mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and lab-based training on AWS fundamentals and core services.
• Train learners on AWS concepts including infrastructure, compute, storage, networking and security.

Job Description: AWS Cloud Trainer - Part Time

Job Title: Part-Time Trainer –AWS

Location: Partner Colleges / Training Centers (as per training schedule)

Mode: In-Person / Hybrid (as per program requirement)

Remuneration: ₹800 – 1200 per hour (based on experience and training scope)

Engagement Type: Part-Time / Hourly Basis

Reporting to: Training Excellence Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on AWS Cloud Trainer to deliver high-quality cloud computing training programs for learners aspiring to build careers in cloud and IT infrastructure roles. The trainer will be responsible for imparting strong foundational and practical knowledge of AWS services, cloud architecture, deployment models, and best practices.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with live demonstrations, hands-on labs, and real-world use cases, and should be able to prepare learners for entry-level to associate-level cloud roles and AWS certifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and lab-based training on AWS Cloud fundamentals and core services.
• Train learners on key AWS concepts including:
• AWS global infrastructure
• Compute, storage, networking, and security services
• Conduct hands-on labs, demos, and guided practice sessions using AWS Console and CLI.
• Prepare learners for AWS certification exams (Cloud Practitioner / Associate level as applicable).
• Evaluate learner progress through assessments, assignments, and practical evaluations.
• Create, customize, and update training content such as presentations, lab guides, and assessment materials.
• Collaborate with program, placement, and academic teams to align training with industry and job-role requirements.
• Provide mentoring and doubt-clearing support to learners.
• Maintain consistent training quality across learning center and college-based deliveries.
• Stay updated with AWS service updates and incorporate relevant changes into training content.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience working with AWS or cloud-based environments.
• At least 1 year of experience in technical training or mentoring (classroom or virtual).
• Strong understanding of:
• Cloud architecture and deployment models
• Compute, storage, networking, and security concepts
• Linux and/or Windows fundamentals
• Experience delivering hands-on labs and real-time demonstrations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
• Comfortable using LMS platforms, virtual training tools, and AV aids.

Additional / Preferred Qualifications

• AWS Certification (Cloud Practitioner, Solutions Architect – Associate, or equivalent).
• Experience training freshers or early-career learners.
• Knowledge of DevOps basics, containers, or automation tools (added advantage).
• Prior experience with skill development, EdTech, or vocational training programs.
• Willingness to travel to nearby colleges as per batch requirements.
