This full-time Training Instructor, Mechanical Design Engineer role is an on-site position based in Chennai. The role involves delivering technical training sessions on mechanical design concepts, tools, and industry practices to trainees and clients. The instructor will design training materials, create practical exercises, and guide participants through hands-on projects that align with real industrial applications. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing learner needs, evaluating performance, providing feedback, and updating course content to reflect current engineering standards and technologies. The role also includes collaborating with internal engineering teams, addressing participant queries, and supporting client-facing demonstrations of design solutions.

Qualifications
