The role demands self-motivation, quick learning, and a proactive mindset to deliver on time while guiding team safety.

The ideal candidate should be able to travel between toll/manufacturing locations as per pilot or bulk requirements, and demonstrate leadership beyond individual project deliveries.

Qualifications

• Academic background in chemistry with strong fundamentals.
• Familiarity with FTIR techniques and sample analysis.
• Experience or exposure to cleaning validation processes is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead lab-to-application translation and support pilot/bulk projects.
• Guide team, establish safety standards, and drive timely deliverables.
• Proactive risk mitigation and ownership of project outcomes.
