Job summary

JP Morgan Services India Pvt Ltd is seeking a Trading Services Analyst in Mumbai to ensure precise processing in line with SOPs and to respond to routine queries via calls and emails. The role emphasizes audit focus, confidentiality, and strong stakeholder communication.

Ideal candidates will have a graduate degree, advanced Excel skills (macros a plus), excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Graduates with good academic record.
• Good PC skills including Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
• Candidates with knowledge on Advance Excel (macros) will be an added advantage.
• Good oral and written communications skills.
• Must be able to work under pressure & deadline driven environment.
• Able to grasp/learn concepts and procedures quickly.
• Ability to work independently
• Problem solving skills
• Good time management skills
• Must be very detail oriented and analytical.
• Analytical with ability to quickly assess situations and resolve complex issues.

• Identify & escape all errors/exceptions on identification.
• Respond to routine queries/complaints on calls/emails.
• Be audit focused in all BAU activities.
