Job summary

Fundtec in India is looking for a Trade Operations Analyst with extensive experience in the Enfusion platform. The role involves managing the end-to-end trade lifecycle across asset classes such as Equities, Derivatives, Fixed Income, and FX Forwards in a buy-side environment.

Job description

We are looking for a Trade Operations Analyst with strong hands‑on experience in the Enfusion platform (mandatory). The role involves managing the end-to-end trade lifecycle across asset classes like Equities, Derivatives, Fixed Income, and FX Forwards in a buy‑side environment.

• Manage the complete trade lifecycle from execution to settlement across multiple asset classes including Equities, Listed Derivatives (Futures & Options), Fixed Income (Government and Corporate Bonds), and FX Forwards.
• Capture, validate, and book trades accurately in Enfusion (OEMS/PMS) in line with internal controls and trading mandates.
• Set up and maintain new instruments in the Enfusion Security Master across all asset classes — Equities, Listed Derivatives, Fixed Income, and FX Forwards.
• Perform daily position, cash, and transaction reconciliations between Enfusion and administrator/custodian records.
• Liaise with Enfusion support on system issues, enhancements, and new functionality rollouts.
• Process corporate actions, dividends, coupon payments, and bond maturities.
• Build and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and workflows within Enfusion.

Requitement & Experience:

• Minimum 3-4 years of relevant trade operations / middle office experience within an asset manager, hedge fund, or similar buy‑side institution.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Enfusion (OEMS, PMS, Security Master, and reporting modules) is essential.
• Demonstrable experience across all major asset classes: Equities, Listed Derivatives (Futures & Options), Fixed Income (Bonds), and FX Forwards.
