Troubleshoot complex VMware ESXi, vCenter, Hyper‑V, and cluster‑related issues. Analyze logs and performance metrics to identify recurring issues. Change & Release Management Execute infrastructure changes following ITIL processes. Review and implement firmware, patches, and hypervisor upgrades. Validate virtualization infrastructure after maintenance activities. Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity Plan and execute DR drills. Support backup and recovery solutions. Ensure business continuity through HA and failover mechanisms. Capacity & Performance Management Forecast infrastructure growth requirements. Perform performance tuning and optimization. Recommend hardware refresh, consolidation, and virtualization best practices. Automation & Documentation Develop automation using PowerShell, PowerCLI, and scripting tools. Create and maintain SOPs, runbooks, architecture documents, and KB articles. Drive continuous service improvement initiatives.
