Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India is seeking a TPM + RGM SF Developer – Experienced Associate to engage in customer consulting, analyze client needs, and deliver customer‑centric solutions while growing your skills across advisory, assurance, tax and business services.

You will specialize in pricing strategies and profitability analysis, build TPM processes in Salesforce (Apex/LWCs/Flows), do integrations via REST/SOAP, and create CRMA dashboards, while learning through client engagements.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience.
• 2+ years hands‑on Salesforce development experience.
• 1+ year experience specifically working with Salesforce Trade Promotion Management design, configuration or development.

Responsibilities

• TPM Development: Configure and enhance core Salesforce TPM processes (promotion setup, spend tracking, fund management, claims etc).
• Integrations & Data Management: Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Apex callouts, Platform Events; manage TPM data loads for promotions, fund balances, and claim transactions.

As a TPM + RGM SF Developer‑ Experienced Associate, you will engage in customer consulting, focusing on customer‑related strategies and initiatives. You will analyze client needs, develop customer‑centric solutions, and provide guidance to enhance customer experience and drive business growth. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will specialize in providing consulting services focused on pricing strategies and profitability analysis within our Commercial & Service Excellence practice. You will analyze pricing models, assess customer profitability, and offer guidance to help clients optimize pricing strategies, improve profitability, and maximize customer value. Responsibilities

TPM Development:

• Configure and enhance core Salesforce TPM processes (promotion setup, spend tracking, fund management, claims etc).
• Build custom Apex, Flows, LWCs, KPIs, and validations aligned to TPM data models.
• Ensure data and logic integrity across TPM objects and related financial workflows.

Integrations & Data Management:

• Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Apex callouts, Platform Events.
• Manage TPM data loads for promotions, fund balances, and claim transactions.

Technical Delivery:

• Translate TPM functional requirements into technical specifications.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, planning, and estimations.
• Conduct unit testing, code reviews, and follow Salesforce best practices.
• Prepare technical documentation and support UAT & deployments.

Crma:

• Build/maintain basic CRMA dashboards for promotion and fund performance.
• Create/update simple datasets or recipes supporting TPM reporting.

What You Must Have

• 2-4 years of experience.
• 2+ years hands‑on Salesforce development experience.
• 1+ year experience specifically working with Salesforce Trade Promotion Management design, configuration or development.

What Sets You Apart

• Salesforce certifications (PD1/PD2, Sales Cloud, Salesforce CG Cloud TPM, CRMA – optional).
• Experience with CPG industry trade spend cycles.
• ERP integration experience.
• Prior participation in TPM implementation/migration projects.
