Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in TPA operations, health insurance, or hospital empanelment (including 2+ years in a managerial role).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and hospital management systems.

• Lead and manage TPA operations to ensure timely and accurate claim processing.
• Drive empanelment with insurance companies, corporates, and government health schemes.
• Oversee contract renewals and compliance with empanelment terms.
