Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Leading outsourced finance service workstreams and coordinating team priorities across client support activities
• Managing client service delivery for data review, enrichment, processing, and transaction handling
• Coaching team members on process execution, quality controls, and issue resolution methods
• Reviewing financial documents, account records, and supporting materials for accuracy and completeness
• Monitoring quality control procedures, identifying process gaps, and implementing corrective actions
• Developing process documentation and workflow updates to support consistent service delivery
• Handling escalations, client queries, and complaint resolution within defined service timelines
• Using digital tooling and data quality assessments to improve operational performance and service consistency
• Tracking service metrics and reporting on delivery progress, risks, and recurring issues
• Applying compliance review methods and technical standards across managed services activities

As a Manager you will lead client service workstreams within our Managed Services practice, guiding outsourced finance processes, client interaction, data review, enrichment, processing, quality checks, and escalation handling. As a Manager you will motivate and develop team members, use sound judgment in performance management, and bring integrity, authenticity, and technology‑minded leadership to deliver against client needs. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Kolkata, you will oversee day‑to‑day delivery, translate business needs into clear actions, and identify opportunities to improve process flow, control execution, and service consistency across assigned work.
