The role focuses on high-quality TIG and MIG welding, reading blueprints, and following safety standards to keep production on track. You will operate welding equipment, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with teammates to meet daily targets while maintaining a clean, organized work area and adhering to all safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience in welding and fabrication, preferably with TIG/MIG techniques.
• Strong knowledge of metal and plastic materials, including their properties and applications.
• Ability to operate welding equipment and machinery effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve welding issues.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with others.
