Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned HR IT Recruiter with proven experience in end‑to‑end recruitment, team handling, and client management within the IT industry. The ideal candidate will be a proactive professional who thrives in a remote working setup and demonstrates strong leadership, sourcing, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end‑to‑end IT recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and closure.
• Manage and mentor a recruitment team of at least 4 members.
• Work on diverse IT skill sets such as Java, .Net, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Cyber Security.
• Interact with clients to understand requirements, provide recruitment updates, and ensure smooth delivery.
• Manage the overall interview, selection, and onboarding process.
• Maintain and track recruitment metrics to ensure quality and timelines.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Team handling experience (minimum 4 members).
• Strong understanding of IT technologies and recruitment platforms.
• Excellent sourcing and headhunting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
• Self‑motivated, disciplined, and results oriented.
• Trivandrum (Thiruvananthapuram)‑based candidates only.

Work Mode

• Work from Home (Full‑time / Remote)
• Weekly once WFO
• Candidates must have a good quality laptop and high‑speed internet connection.
• No Dual Employment allowed.

Work Schedule

• Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday off)

Compensation

• Salary: 25,000 – 32,000 per month (Gross)
• Additional benefits: Mobile bill reimbursement + Incentives
• Final salary to be determined post‑interview.
