Role & responsibilities

To carry out detailed civil and structural design of steel and RCC structures for thermal power plant projects, ensuring design quality, compliance with standards, and effective coordination with multidisciplinary teams.

• Perform analysis and design of RCC and structural steel structures such as boiler foundations, turbine buildings, pipe racks, pump houses, equipment foundations, cooling water structures, and auxiliary buildings.
• Prepare and check design calculations, general arrangement drawings, and reinforcement/steel detailing.
• Support in developing design basis reports, material take-offs, and design notes.
• Perform structural modeling using STAAD.Pro, RCDC, or equivalent software.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards (IS 456, IS 800, IS 3370, IS 875, ACI, AISC, etc.).

Preferred candidate profile
