Job summary

You will support staff development, including training and appraisal of Nursing, ODP, ATP and HCSW staff, within a supportive NHS Borders environment that values growth and development.

You will play an active role in supporting staff development, including the training and appraisal of Nursing, ODP, ATP and HCSW staff.

Shift Pattern

Day/Night shift working with participation in out‑of‑hours and on‑call rotas.
