Job summary

Tago Electronics Llp in Noida is seeking a hands-on Testing & Service Technician to handle end-of-line testing of finished EV Chargers and LED lights, and to perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair at client locations.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in EV charger, inverter, UPS, SMPS or LED driver service, ITI or Diploma in Electronics/Electrical/Instrumentation, strong multimeter and soldering skills, and a valid two-wheeler license for local travel.

Qualifications

• ITI Certification or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
• 2+ years as a testing or service technician in EV Chargers, Inverters, UPS, SMPS, or LED Drivers.

Responsibilities

• Factory Product Testing: Conduct routine testing on finished EV Chargers and LED lights (Voltage, Load, Insulation, and Functional testing) before packaging.
• Component-Level Troubleshooting: Open defective or returned units, diagnose fault components (fused MOVs, blown capacitors, loose wiring), and replace them using manual soldering tools.
• Field Installation & Service: Travel to customer sites across Delhi NCR to install AC/DC EV chargers, commission them, and resolve breakdown complaints.
• Customer Handling: Clearly explain technical issues to clients politely and maintain a clean digital log of all Service Reports signed by the customer.
