Job summary

EY in India seeks a Quality Engineering Lead with 6+ years of QA experience in travel and hospitality domains. You will lead a project team, define test strategies, and ensure on-time delivery with strong communication and risk management.

You will work with JIRA, Azure DevOps, ALM, Selenium, Playwright, and API testing tools. The role blends hands-on testing with leadership responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of QA/Quality Engineering experience.
• Experience in Travel and Hospitality domain.

Responsibilities

• Lead a project team and monitor all activities from scratch.
• Participate in status calls, Scrum calls and client meetings; review and distribute DSR/WSR to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain robust testing strategies and processes and ensure they are properly implemented and followed.
• Prepare test plan, estimation, test strategy, requirement gathering/analysis, prepare test scenarios & test scripts based on the requirements, execute planned test cases and report defects in tracking tool and ensure closure through STLC.
• Hands on experience with test management tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, ALM etc.
• Working knowledge of test automation tools like Selenium, Playwright etc.
• Knowledge of API testing (Postman, SoapUI, ReadyAPI)
• Ability to define, monitor, and report on SLAs to ensure services meet performance and availability standards.
• May contribute as individual contributor as well as Team Leader and manage resources for on-time delivery.
• Identify, analyse, and mitigate risks related to software quality at each phase of the software testing process.

Skills Required:

• Should have experience on Travel and Hospitality domain
• Experience in working on products like iTravel, Travelpro, Anchor, Amadeus or any other Ticketing software.
• 6+ Years of experience in Quality Engineering
• Good to have experience in working on products like Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Oracle EBS, Commerce applications, Supply Chain etc.
• Should have excellent communication skills & should be able to articulate concisely & clearly.
