Roles & Responsibilities

• Own QA Quality across all projects and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Define and implement test strategies for manual, API, performance, and security testing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective test plans.
• Manage and mentor QA teams, ensuring productivity and skill development.
• Drive continuous improvement in testing processes, tools, and automation frameworks.
• Monitor and report on quality metrics, risks, and progress to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with security and performance standards for all releases.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience should be less than 15 years,
• Should know the end to end of testing process.
• Hands on in Manual, Automation and Performance testing.
• Not a typical People Manager for tracking activities, but should be working along with the team on the project
• we expect that he / she also tests along with the team and overlooks the entire process of qa
• will have to handle 4 to 5 different tracks of the complete program and own the complete QA activity
• Should have worked on minimum of 2 to 3 B2C products which are in production.
