We are looking for an experiencedAI Solution Architect - Test Automation to lead the implementation and adoption of AI-driven test automation solutions across customer environments.The ideal candidate will work closely with the Testing Center of Excellence (CoE) to deploy, customize, and operationalize AI-powered testing capabilities, while driving automation strategy, framework architecture, and engineering excellence. This role requires a blend of expertise in test automation, Python development, AI-assisted engineering tools, and customer-facing solution implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of AI-driven test automation solutions across customer engagements.Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks usingSelenium, Playwright, and Robot Framework.Collaborate with the Testing CoE to deploy and operationalize AI-powered testing capabilities.Leverage GitHub Copilot and other AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity and test efficiency.Develop automated test scripts, reusable libraries, utilities, and framework components using Python.Drive automation strategy, standards, governance, and best practices across projects.Design and implement end-to-end test automation solutions integrated with CI/CD pipelines.Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, and business teams to ensure seamless automation adoption.Lead initiatives around AI-assisted testing, intelligent test generation, defect analysis, and testing acceleration.Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to automation teams.Mentor engineers and promote adoption of modern testing practices and AI-assisted development.Evaluate emerging AI tools, frameworks, and technologies relevant to test automation and quality engineering.Support customer stakeholders in defining automation roadmaps and transformation initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Test Automation, Quality Engineering, or Automation Architecture.Strong hands-on expertise with:SeleniumPlaywrightRobot FrameworkStrong proficiency in Python programming.Experience designing and implementing enterprise-grade automation frameworks.Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot and other AI-powered development tools.Strong knowledge of:API TestingCI/CD PipelinesGitAgile MethodologiesSDLC and Quality Engineering processesExperience integrating automation frameworks into DevOps environments.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Proven ability to lead technical teams and mentor automation engineers.
Preferred Skills
Experience with AI-powered testing solutions and AI-assisted software engineering practices.Exposure to Generative AI and Agentic AI concepts.Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar CI/CD platforms.Understanding of intelligent test case generation, defect triage, and test optimization techniques.Experience working in customer-facing implementation or consulting engagements
