Job summary

Euronet Worldwide, Inc. in India is seeking a Test Engineer/Senior Test Engineer with 3–8 years of experience in banking domain testing, switch manual testing, and ISO 8583 standards. Knowledge of SQL and test reporting lifecycle is required.

You'll review test cases, perform defect tracking and closure, and participate in reconciliation and settlement related testing for prepaid/wallet and multi-currency cards. AS400 exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in Switch Manual Testing for banking systems and ISO 8583 protocols.
• Strong SQL skills for data validation and verification.
• Experience with test reporting lifecycle, including closure and metrics.
• Defect lifecycle management: reporting, tracking, and closure.
• Ability to review test cases and ensure traceability across requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing of banking switch systems and ISO 8583 transactions.
• Contribute to test planning, test case design, and defect triage.
• Execute end-to-end test scenarios including prepaid/wallet and multi-currency cards.
• Verify transaction level reconciliation and network settlement processes.
• Document test results and provide clear defect reports with status updates.
