Job summary

Siemens Mobility is seeking a Test Engineer 2 to advance AI-powered automation and testing strategies across engineering platforms. You will lead AI-assisted automation frameworks, drive test strategies, and mentor junior engineers to raise quality.

The role emphasizes ownership of test architecture, AI tool adoption, and end-to-end defect analysis. You will collaborate across functions to promote shift-left testing, investigate root causes with anomaly insights, and ensure high-quality software

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related discipline; or equivalent work experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in test automation including AI enabled testing.
• Extreme Ownership of automation frameworks and overall product quality.
• Insatiable Curiosity to explore new AI-assisted testing tools and frameworks.
• Customer-Centric Focus to understand how testing impacts end-user experience.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

The Test Engineer 2 supports application platforms in the Engineering department. This role is critical to overall program success, with aggressive timelines and direct impact on our customers. You will play a key role in implementing AI-assisted automation frameworks and driving intelligent testing strategies.
