Exponent seeks a skilled EOL/Functional Test Engineer to own the testing of EV battery packs and rapid chargers. You will collaborate with Design, System Integration and Manufacturing to craft robust test strategies and build test infrastructure that ensures quality in production.
You will drive automated testing using NI LabVIEW/TestStand, CAN protocols, and ATE/HIL environments, delivering actionable feedback and reducing cycle time while upholding safety standards.

This team focuses on building robust End of Line (EOL) and Functional Testing systems for EV Battery Packs and Rapid Chargers. The team is responsible for ensuring quality, reliability, repeatability, and performance of critical electrical and electronic systems before they reach customers.
