Job summary

Net Connect Global is hiring experienced Insurance QA Analysts / Test Engineers with hands-on Guidewire experience to validate insurance workflows.

The role covers PolicyCenter / ClaimCenter / BillingCenter, P&C insurance, and claims management testing, with SIT, regression and UAT. Collaboration with analysts, developers, and stakeholders is required. Interview location: Hyderabad, with face-to-face mode.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Guidewire experience with PolicyCenter / ClaimCenter / BillingCenter.
• Strong understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance and Claims Management.
• Experience in Insurance functional testing.
• Experience in Claims Management and Claims Processing.
• Knowledge of Policy Administration, Underwriting, Endorsements and Renewals.
• Billing and Payments testing Expertise.
• System Integration Testing (SIT), Regression Testing and UAT.
• Test Case Design, Test Execution and Defect Management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and prepare test scenarios and test cases.
• Validate end-to-end insurance workflows using Guidewire applications.
• Execute functional, integration, regression and UAT testing.
• Identify, track and retest defects.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers and stakeholders.
• Prepare test reports, testing metrics and status updates.
