Experience with CI/CD tools and frameworks is a plus, along with familiarity with cloud platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Automation Testing: Automation testing efforts based on project requirements, balancing the benefits of both approaches.
• Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and derive test scenarios and cases.
• Test Script Development: Develop robust and maintainable automation test scripts using Java, Playwright, and other relevant tools.
• CI/CD Integration: Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks within CI/CD pipelines, particularly utilizing GitHub.
• API Testing: Conduct comprehensive API testing to validate functionality, reliability, and performance.
• Project Ownership: Take complete ownership assigned tasks, ensuring thorough coverage and timely delivery of high-quality software.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience in Backend Testing.
• Proven expertise in API Automation (REST/SOAP).
• Proficiency in Test Automation Frameworks.
• Strong scripting or programming knowledge - Java (Primary)
• Experience with tools such as Postman, REST Assured, JMeter, or equivalent.
• Good analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
• Solid understanding of Microservices Testing methodologies and tools.
