Responsibilities:

1. This position requires collaboration with multiple Cisco Technology Groups and cross-functional interaction with Product, Program Management, and Engineering teams. The candidate should have proven hands-on experience in software testing and automation with Continuous Integration/Deployment.
2. Work closely with the product management team to understand product requirements, develop, document, execute, and automate test cases accordingly.
3. Collaborate with developers during functional specification and design reviews to develop detailed test plans, tools, and utilities.
4. Design, install, and maintain test beds and topologies based on customer deployment models.
5. Perform functional and regression tests on ongoing releases.
6. Develop and automate test cases for daily regression testing.
7. Assist support and service teams in recreating and resolving customer issues.

Who You Are:

• Strong technical skills in computer networking, excellent communication, customer and quality focus, self-motivated, and capable of meeting deadlines.
• Minimum Qualifications:
• BS in CS/EE/CE or equivalent.
• Experience in scripting languages like Python.
• Experience with version control tools like Git or Gerrit.
• 1-3 years in software testing.
• Knowledge of LAN Switching, IP Routing protocols (OSPF, ISIS, BGP, TCP, DHCP).
• Experience with Cisco IOS, IOS-XR, Nexus, UCS platforms.
• Experience with Linux and Unix system management.

Desired Skills:

• Understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, and Containers.
• Knowledge of network management tools and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with virtualization technologies like VMWare.
• Experience with Selenium Automation.
