Job summary

Eurofins Scientific in India seeks a QA Automation Engineer to strengthen automation testing capabilities. You will apply C#, Selenium, and AI-assisted techniques to enhance test coverage across web and desktop applications in a fast-paced Agile environment, contributing to reliable software used by global clients.

You will review test scripts, perform root cause analysis of defects, work with Visual Studio and TFS, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software for

• Mandatory experience in automation testing and strong coding skills in C#, Selenium.
• Well versed with using AI in automation.
• Good experience in working with Visual Studio, TFS.
• Understanding of integration with test management tool.
• Performing the review of the Test Scripts from other team members.
• Should have good knowledge of Defect Management process and be able to perform Root Cause Analysis of Defects arising out Automation Runs.
• Automation Testing Experience in large enterprise applications with variety of front ends (web and desktop) and backend (Database, Web services, messaging interfaces, etc.)

Experience

• Mandatory experience in automation testing and strong coding skills in C#, Selenium
• Well versed with using AI in automation. Should have proven track record of productivity improvement with usage of AI
• Good experience in working with Visual Studio, TFS
• Understanding of integration with test management tool
• Performing the review of the Test Scripts from other team members
• Should have good knowledge of Defect Management process and be able to perform Root Cause Analysis of Defects arising out Automation Runs
• Automation Testing Experience in large enterprise applications with variety of front ends (web and desktop) and backend (Database, Web services, messaging interfaces, etc.)

Technology Skills

• Mandatory - Strong understanding of object-oriented language, coding skills in C#, Selenium
• Experience in testing web services like SOAP, Rest
• Hands-on experience in Services testing tools like Fiddler, POSTMAN
• Hands-on experience in Automating GUI & API test cases
• Strong understanding of SQA methodologies
• Should have working knowledge of SOA testing principles
• Experience with database queries
• Good Interpersonal skills working in agile scrum team
• Should be able to adopt to changes & perform Manual testing whenever needed
• Strong team player

Preferred

• Exposure to performance testing and load testing, Playright, App Dynamics
