With 12+ years in software quality and 5+ years in test architecture, you will influence engineering, DevOps, and product teams. The role emphasizes containerized deployments, Kubernetes, and cloud environments

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years in Software Quality Engineering with 5+ years as a Test Architect.
• Experience with test strategy, architecture, and quality engineering.
• System, integration, end-to-end, and regression testing.
• Test automation framework design and implementation.
• API, backend, and service validation.

• Define the long-term test strategy and quality roadmap aligned with product goals.
• Design scalable test architecture across UI, API, integration, system, and end-to-end layers.

• Test Strategy & Architecture: Define the long-term Test Vision and quality strategy aligned with product goals.
• Design scalable test architecture across UI, API, integration, system, and end-to-end layers.
• Embed testability, observability, traceability, and quality-by-design principles into product architecture.
• Define testing approaches.
• Automation & Quality Engineering: Establish enterprise-wide automation strategy and frameworks.
• Integrate quality gates into CI/CD pipelines.
• Drive performance, reliability, security, and resilience testing practices.
• Leverage AI-driven testing for test generation, prioritization, and quality insights.
• Performance & Observability: Define performance validation strategies for web, API, and backend services.
• Establish observability requirements using metrics, logs, and distributed tracing.
• Drive proactive quality monitoring and root-cause analysis capabilities.
• Platform & Deployment Validation: Define validation strategies for Windows, Linux, containers, and Kubernetes deployments.
• Ensure quality across installation, upgrade, migration, and multi-user deployment scenarios.
• Technical Leadership & Partner Influence: Act as the technical authority for quality architecture decisions.
• Influence Product, Architecture, Engineering, and DevOps partners.
• Drive adoption of engineering protocols and quality standards across teams.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science.
• 12+ years in Software Quality Engineering with 5+ years as a Test Architect.
• Test Strategy, Test Architecture, and Quality Engineering
• System, Integration, End-to-End, and Regression Testing
• Test Automation Framework Design and Implementation
• API Testing, Backend Testing, and Service Validation
• Distributed Systems and Enterprise Application Testing
• Performance, Reliability, Resilience, and Security Testing
• CI/CD and DevOps Test Integration
• Observability, Monitoring, and Root Cause Analysis
• Containerized Applications and Kubernetes-based Deployments
• Test Data Management and Environment Strategy
• Hands-on experience with:
• Playwright or Selenium, K6/JMeter,any related tools
• Azure DevOps, Prometheus, Grafana, Open Telemetry.
• Experience with Containers and Kubernetes
• Good programming and scripting skills.
• Working knowledge of Azure and/or AWS.
• Experience in Engineering Systems, IoT, or Industrial Software domains preferred
• Strong partner management, Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Technical Influencing Skills.
